Rachel Kostecka

Rachel Kostecka received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University in May 2005.  She is currently working on her Master's of Public Health with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Health. 

Rachel currently works as the coordinator for the Medication Assistance Program at the Madison Health Resource Center and with the Medication Assistance Task Group.
