Trinity Medical Center , a 60-bed hospital located in Brenham, Texas, serves Washington, Austin, Burleson, Colorado, Fayette, Grimes, Lee and Waller counties. It is sponsored by Franciscan Services Corporation, Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania, Ohio.

The Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania, Ohio sponsor their health and human services ministry through Franciscan Services Corporation. The organizations, located in Ohio and Texas, include six hospitals, seven long-term care facilities, three assisted living facilities, independent senior housing, a counseling center and a long-term domestic shelter.

Trinity Medical Center, Trinity Family Practice, and Trinity Physical Rehabilitation Center are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Trinity Health Services Foundation promotes the purpose, values, plans and programs of Trinity Health Services Corporation. Donations to the Foundation underwrite a variety of healthcare programs and fund improvements to facilities and equipment at Trinity Medical Center and Trinity Care Center.
