Purpose
The BVHP Board will be the BVHP governing body. Membership will represent areas including Hospitals, Physicians, Rural Government, Brazos Government, Education, Faith-Based Community, etc. Members of the BVHP Board are appointed by the BVHP Nomination Committee every two years. The general membership of the BVHP will provided nominations for the BVHP Board membership to the Nominating Committee.
Board Meeting Schedule
The Board will meet on a quarterly basis, unless the Executive Committee determines the need to call for a special meeting as appropriate.
